Beef On Sale:

We have our beef short ribs on sale! Stock up and enjoy

If you think you may want a half side of beef yet this fall, you need to let me know ASAP so we can get it scheduled at the processor.

It hasn't been as bad as last year but it can still take a bit to get scheduling done.

Broilers:

We just got a new batch of broiler chicks in. This will be our next to last batch of pasture-raised broilers this year. 

There are some broilers in the freezer now and the next batch will be ready in 8 weeks.

I think that is all for this week. Stay cool, drink lots of water or coffee. 

I about forgot to mention that we just got a fresh batch of coffee in.
