Good morning,

I trust you had an enjoyable Labor Day weekend. We did. One of the good or bad, depends on how you choose to look at it, things about doing what we do is there are no holidays. The animals must be tended to.

Carlton and I did go dove hunting one afternoon and Labor Day morning. Although I'm not a hunter, I thought it would be fun to take my little boy out hunting and we had an enjoyable time sitting out there watching the sun come up in the cool morning air.

Around the farm, things are going well. I have some cool season seed ordered that I hope to get drilled shortly to provide forage for the animals through the winter.

I'm just finishing up a fencing project that's been needing to be done for a while. That feels good to get some of those projects behind. Also trying to get my ducks in a row for pecan season which is just around the corner.

If you need a little outing this fall and want to get out of the house, give us a call and we'll be happy to show you around.

All the best,
Craig
